Oh my, such a tasty cup of broth! Delight Pho is my favorite, especially on a cold day. It's savory enough to be more satisfying than an herbal tea, and is a great accompaniment to a sandwich or even cheese and crackers. Although the makers don't recommend this, I often save the bag and reuse it for a second cup because the seasoning flavor is still delightful.
