I love the buttery goodness of the Almond Butter granola. I use a little on my cottage and a few blueberries every morning along with bacon. It’s my favorite low-carb breakfast.
Tip: you can get away with keeping your carb count down and still enjoy just a few blueberries if you put them in the microwave for a few seconds. That way you can mash them, releasing the juices, and have blueberry taste throughout the cottage cheese.
